BIOGRAPHY: Stephanie Rivet

Stéphanie Rivet was born in Montreal in 1972. From an early age, Stéphanie was interested in painting and the arts, which proved to be a way for her to express her vision of reality. After studying mathematics at the University of Québec, she completed her Bachelor’s Degree in art. 

Favouring a hot pallet of colours, Stéphanie’s canvases present landscapes where trees and fields of flowers are omnipresent. She prefers working with spatulas and she has developed a free, spontaneous and energetic gesture where abstraction and figuration co-exist in harmony.
