A native Calgarian, Rachelle Brady started drawing and painting from an early age using watercolor and acrylic.  While she has always had a passion for art, it wasn't until recent years that she has taken a renewed interest in painting, receiving art instruction through local studios.

This has helped her to develop her own style and technique, which has taken her to new dimensions.  Her method is oil on canvas, mainly through the use of highly textured palette knife work. 

"It has been a lifelong dream to be an artist and share my passion with others.  Now I am actually doing that!"

Her inspiration comes through her many travels and love of the outdoors, as her and her husband are avid hikers.  With a recent move to the "country" she can enjoy her surroundings even more, with a palette in hand.
